What we check

We evaluate tools based on:

• Real pricing (not just “starting at”)
• Setup effort and learning curve
• Feature limits on free plans
• Hidden costs (users, storage, add-ons)
• Who the tool is actually for (solo, SMB, enterprise)

How we compare

We compare tools by:

• Using real accounts where possible
• Reading documentation and user reports
• Testing core workflows, not edge features
• Focusing on practical use, not marketing claims

What we ignore

We intentionally ignore:

• Sponsored placements
• Paid rankings
• Affiliate commissions influencing order
• “Top 10” lists with no real testing
